Hydronic Heating throughout Rollaway or sofa bed use costs $150/stay. This fee is waived if the apartment is booked for more than 6 people. It will need to be requested at the time of booking as it must be transported from storage.

By tram: Number 57 from Elizabeth Street to the Queen Victoria Market and Errol Street; or Numbers 19 and 59 from Elizabeth Street to the Queen Victoria Market (about 10-20 minutes).
By train: From Flinders Street to North Melbourne station on the Craigieburn and Upfield lines (about 15 minutes). The cafes and bars of Errol Street are only 50 metres away.

Very convenient location and great facilities. Location, gym, pool, washer and dryer was very handy. We also enjoyed using the kitchen for breakfast as this saved us time and $ for our trip.

Great apartment located 10 minutes from CBD, Docklands and MCG. Woolies and BWS across the road, ten minute walk to Southbank restaurants. The most comfortable couch i've ever sat in!
